Delivery and Shipping

We typically process your online order within 5-7 business days. Orders for in-stock items are shipped from our Seattle warehouse via USPS Ground. Shipping charges are per delivery address and items ordered together may not necessarily ship together in the same box. We ship to all states in the USA including Alaska and Hawaii. Once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email with delivery information.

Backorders/out of stock items

Occasionally, certain items may be out of stock. Unless otherwise requested, in-stock items will ship immediately while items not in stock will be placed on backorder. Backorder items will automatically ship as they become available. Note that your account will not be charged until your goods ship.

International Shipments

At this time, we do not deliver to addresses outside of the US.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Return Policy

Nadja Design wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 14 calendar days from shipping date for a refund or exchange. All return items must be postmarked no later than 14 days from shipping date. All returns must have a return authorization number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. To obtain a return authorization number, please contact customerservice@nadjadesign.com. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after the 14 day period.

To receive a refund, your item must be in original condition with packaging intact. Your return must be accompanied by your original receipt. All shipping charges including the original cost of delivery will be the responsibility of the customer. Registered mail or signature confirmation is recommended, since packages lost in transit are not the responsibility of Nadja Design.

Damages and Claims

Please inspect your items before signing the delivery receipt. If damage has been found, please inform the carrier and remark on the delivery paperwork. Nadja Design will not warrant any damage claims that have not been noted at the point of delivery.

Pricing

Nadja Design reserves the right to adjust the pricing of our items at anytime and without prior notice. A 10% sales tax will be applied to all orders delivered to a Washington State address.

Privacy

Nadja Design is committed to respecting your privacy. We are the sole owner of the information collected on this website. We only have access to information that you voluntarily give us via e-mail or other direct contact from you. We use this information to process orders and to provide a more personalized shopping experience. We will not sell or disclose any personal information to a third party.

From time to time we may send you an email telling you about upcoming specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy. If you do not wish to receive these emails, contact us at customerservice@nadjadesign.com and we’ll remove you from our mailing list.

Nadja Design respects your privacy. When you place an order with Nadja Design your personal information and credit card information are secure. Credit card transactions are processed through USAePAY using 1024-bit SSL digital ID encryption technology.
